Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of item receipt.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Defective Products: Receive a prepaid return shipping label for free return shipping.
Customer Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Fees:

Defective Products: Contact us for assistance with repairs or replacements. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will send a replacement.
Customer Remorse: Return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds:
